PORTCO Connect is the Employment Services Division of PORTCO, designed specifically for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in the Hampton Roads area. Rehabilitation and Support Services Vouchers
Through Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, these vouchers are provided by the City of Chesapeake, offering valuable resources for residents in need of assistance.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be residents of Chesapeake to qualify for these vouchers.
