Custodial Technicians & Janitors
Our custodial technicians and janitors are essential to the health, safety, and daily operations of the facilities they serve. From maintaining spotless common areas to supporting sanitary environments in commercial and government buildings, this role delivers meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities include floor care, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and waste management.
Floor Technicians
Floor Technicians play an important role in maintaining polished, professional, and welcoming environments within commercial and government facilities. Team members are responsible for specialized floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction, and deep cleaning. This role also involves safely operating commercial floor equipment, responding to spot-cleaning needs, and upholding contract standards and safety procedures. Team members may occasionally assist with additional janitorial responsibilities as needed.
Daytime Facility Support (Porters)
Interested in working during the day? Daytime Facility Support team members help ensure facilities remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the workday. These individuals play a key role in maintaining public spaces, restocking essential supplies, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of commercial and government buildings.
Grounds Maintenance Crew
The Grounds Maintenance team helps create clean, safe, and welcoming outdoor environments across the facilities we serve. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, walkways, and landscaped areas, operating landscaping equipment, and assisting with seasonal upkeep throughout the year. These team members take pride in enhancing the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces while supporting overall property maintenance standards.
Team Leads & Supervisors
Team Leads and Supervisors play an important role in supporting both employees and daily facility operations across the contracts we serve. These professionals help oversee custodial crews, maintain quality standards, assist with employee training, and coordinate daily workflows within commercial and government facilities. Many supervisors also provide hands-on guidance and support for individuals with disabilities, helping team members succeed in their roles while ensuring work is completed safely, confidently, and to contract standards. These leadership positions are an essential part of creating productive, supportive, and successful work environments.
